I am a Contracts Manager at Archirodon and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), working on infrastructure and water projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The support below is for contractors, subcontractors and project teams who want contracts and claims handled early and properly.

Contract administration support​

• Reviewing contract documents and Particular Conditions for risk, time bars and notice requirements
• Setting up notice, correspondence and records procedures that match the contract
• Drafting and reviewing notices, variation and instruction responses

Claims and delay analysis​

• Entitlement review and claim strategy (FIDIC 1999 and 2017, and bespoke forms)
• Preparing extension of time and cost claims, with the contractual basis, records and cause-and-effect analysis
• Reviewing the other side's claims and delay analyses

Dispute avoidance and resolution​

• Early assessment of issues before they become disputes
• Support with Engineer determinations, DAAB referrals and negotiation
• Claims prepared with an eye to how DAABs and tribunals assess them

Training and team development​

• Practical workshops on FIDIC notices, time bars and claims records
• Coaching site and commercial teams on contract compliance
